SUMMARY:Retaining Wall Project
DESCRIPTION:Blue Ladder Construction will replace the timber retaining wall near buildings 600 and 900 beginning on July 15th. They will also replace a small section of wall behind building 600. \n\n\n\nDuring this project\, parking will be a challenge for everyone\, especially in the south end of our neighborhood. Stay out of all coned-off areas and relocate any vehicles you don’t use regularly to the lot near the dumpster enclosure. You may park in any guest parking spot but avoid parking directly across from the clubhouse during pool hours. \n\n\n\nThe project will be done in three sections\, A\, B\, and C. Please take a look at the attached diagram for details and dates. The schedule is subject to weather conditions and timely material delivery.
