SUMMARY:Community Power Washing
DESCRIPTION:Southern Outdoor Restoration is scheduled to be onsite from Monday through Saturday\, April 20–25\, to power wash all buildings\, garages\, dumpster enclosures\, and sidewalks throughout the community. \n\n\n\nTo allow proper access for cleaning\, please park at least three feet away from sidewalks during this time. \n\n\n\nAll four sides of each building will be cleaned\, including walkways\, stairs\, landings\, siding\, doors\, windows\, and vinyl fencing. Please note that porches are the responsibility of the homeowner and will not be included in this service. \n\n\n\nThe tentative washing schedule (weather permitting) is as follows: \n\n\n\nApril 20/21 – Buildings 100 and 300 \n\n\n\nApril 22/23 – Buildings 500 and 700 \n\n\n\nApril 24/25 – Buildings 600 and 900 \n\n\n\nAdditional details and the full schedule are attached for your reference. \n\n\n\nThe contractor will be using a light bleach and soap solution. We recommend moving any plants or sensitive items out of the area to prevent damage. Please also avoid leaving personal belongings outside your front door while work is being performed. During the cleaning process\, water and cleaning solution may drip from upper levels to lower walkways.
