HOA Information
Cedar Pointe Condos are located in Cary, North Carolina, and are part of the larger Edgehill Farm community. Our community manager is Elite Management Professionals, Inc.
As a Cedar Pointe condo owner, you have two accounts with Elite Mgmt; one for the Edgehill Farm HOA and one for the Cedar Pointe HOA. Each HOA has a board of directors consisting of homeowners elected by all homeowners in each HOA.
HOA fees are due promptly on the 1st of each month, to both accounts.
The Edgehill Farm monthly HOA fee is $55 as of January 2025. It can change annually as determined by the board of directors. This fee covers the administration, clubhouse, pool, lake, dog park, entrances, and grounds maintenance.
The Cedar Pointe monthly HOA fee is $312 as of January 2025. It can change annually as determined by the board of directors. This fee covers grounds and building maintenance, administration, insurance, water, sewer, trash, recycling, pest control, long-term site improvements, and building improvements.
We encourage you to sign up for automatic recurring payments through your bank. Contact Elite Management at 919-233-7660 for info on your options.
It is essential that every homeowner keep their US mail address, phone number, license plate numbers and email address associated with their Cedar Pointe Condo Association account up to date via Elite Management. See the Contacts tab for phone numbers and email addresses. The password to access the page is located on the bulletin boards at the entrances of each building.

Please be aware of the HOA rules & regulations and respect the community and your neighbors enough to follow them, and please, if you see someone breakingthe rules, do something about it.
Inform the person about the regulation that they are violating (they may not be aware), contact our property manager (Elite Management) or discuss with a board member!
The regulations and rules exist to help make our community a better place for all of us to live in. There aren’t too many rules, but the ones we have do matter. Please be an informed and involved resident and speak up.
Our Community
Cedar Pointe Condominiums is part of the Edgehill Farm community and enjoys many amenities such as lake access, a walking path, pool, and more. Many condo units enjoy prime views of the community lake and its wildlife.
