We’re located just off of High House Rd, two tenths of a mile east of NW Maynard Rd. Heading east, from Maynard, take the second right onto Edgehill Parkway (look for the white picket fences at the community entrance), and then take an immediate left onto Springfork Dr.
How to Find a Specific Condo
To find a specific condo, it’s helpful to know that the first number in the three-digit address indicates the building that the condo is in. To find Condo 123, for example, go to Building 100. The second number in the address indicates the floor level: “1” for the lower level, “2” for the ground level, and “3” for the upper level. The third number in the address is for the specific condo on the floor that you’re looking for. Odd numbered units are on the left, even numbers on the right.
Visitor Parking
Residents have one assigned (numbered) parking spot. Visitors may park in any unmarked parking space. Please do not double-park.
