Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning is scheduled to take place on June 2–3, weather permitting. To help ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review the following important reminders:
Vehicles
- Please make sure all vehicles are parked at least 12 feet away from the front gutters during the work hours. This will give the crew the necessary space to safely access and clean the gutters.
Deck Areas
- The crew will be working in and around your rear decks. If you have any valuables or items you do not want disturbed, please move them indoors between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on both days.
Gates
If your unit has a rear gate, please ensure it is unlocked to allow the crew proper access to complete the cleaning and any necessary cleanup.
