Gutter cleaning for the Cedar Pointe Condos is scheduled for April 30, weather permitting.
Parking
If possible, please ensure your vehicles are parked at least 12 feet away from the front of builings. This will help the crew complete the work safely and efficiently.
Deck Areas
The maintenance team will be working in and around deck spaces. If you have any valuables or personal items on your deck, please move them indoors between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
This work should not negatively impact residents’ ability to come and go throughout the day.
