- Google Fiber is now available to all residents! Sign up at fiber.google.com.
- Trash and recycling services are provided by GFL Environmental. The rate of recycling has increased and most residents are doing a good job of recycling the right things. No trash in the garage please! No paint or chemical cans!
- Fire suppression system System repairs are paid by the HOA, sprinkler heads and covers are the homeowner’s responsibility.
- Trespassing on our property has declined but is still a concern. If you see suspicious activity, call the Cary PD.
- Do you know where your water cutoff valve is? Valves for each unit should be checked to make sure they work properly. Yours may need replacement by a licensed plumber. FYI: a running toilet costs about $80 per day! Turn your water cutoff valve off when you leave town.
- Please do not make a mess in the dumpster enclosure. Violators will face a $100 fine. See the Trash/recycle tab above for information on discarding unwanted items, other than household trash. Do not leave anything on the ground, either inside or outside of the enclosure! Toss your trash all the way into the dumpster so that it fills up from the back to the front. Do not put trash on or under your balcony! Do not pile it up outside your front door. If you need help hauling an item to the dump, ask a neighbor or call a junk removal company.
- Cedar Pointe Acoustic Music Series - No shows planned at this time.
- Several of your neighbors have experienced water heater failures (floods) in the last couple of years. These emergency events can cause significant damage to several condos when they happen on the second or third floor. Water heaters are only warrantied for 6 to10 years! Please replace yours before it fails. Ask your plumber for his recommendation on proper maintenance or a new water heater. If your water heater does not have an overflow pan and a cut-off switch, you should ask your plumber to install these items. Check that your drain line is clear.
- Please do not feed the geese or ducks! It is not healthy for the animals and it contributes to overpopulation. Feeding them encourages them to keep returning. We have dozens of geese, way too many for our small pond. Do not throw food scraps off your balcony! Dispose of garbage and household trash properly. Geese control is expensive, but necessary to keep our pond from being overrun.
- Parking rules are detailed under the rules tab. No parking of commercial vehicles such as trucks and trailers. Vehicles are subject to towing at their owners expense. Call Elite Management if you have a question, concern or want to request a temporary variance. For residents moving here from out of state, you have 60 days to get a NC drivers license, registration and plates. Please be patient with contractors and service providers who may find it necessary to use your parking space on occasion. Moving and delivery trucks need access to the building entrances, so please be understanding. Loading zones are provided in front of buildings 100, 300, 500 and 700, providing easier access to the entrances.
