Rentals
The Cedar Pointe covenants include requirements for rentals.
No unit owner may lease less than the entire unit and all leases shall be in writing.
Any lease agreement shall be required to provide that the terms of the lease shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium and the by-laws and any failure of the lessee to comply with the terms of such documents shall be a default under the lease.
This means all renters must sign a lease and the lease must include a provision agreeing to all Cedar Pointe covenants, by-laws, rules and regulations.
A copy of the lease must be provided to Cedar Pointe Condo Association through our management company, prior to moving in.

These guideliens are for all buildings.
Porch Light Guidelines
These guidelines are only for buildings 100, 300, and 600
- Wall mounted lantern sconce
- Preferably open at the bottom so insects don’t get trapped inside the fixture
- Overall size – similar to the original lights; approx. 6” wide, 6” deep & 9” tall
- Base – maximum of 6” high x 5” wide to fit on the mounting pad provided
- Housing color – black (to match overhead lights)
- Glass color – white or clear
- White light source – uses standard base light bulb or embedded LED’s
- Switch controlled – no dusk to dawn or motion sensor
